At times we announce new features right away in the Discord, but we want to ensure the entire community knows the latest news and fixes.

✏️ Make-Your-Own (MYO) Slots

MYO slots have been added to the site and are fully functional. Players can purchase MYO slots from either the MYO Shop (for in-real-life currency) or Slay's Concessions (for ).

• Notes:
  • MYO slots have been successfully ported from DeviantArt to here (only if the owner has an account on-site). Please submit a claim if you are still missing a MYO slot from the ones listed here.
  • If you had owned a MYO slot with any +# Uncommon/Rare traits your MYO slot was upgraded to an ultra slot.
  • If you had owned a MYO slot with any +# Special traits you were given that number of Chosen Special Trait items.
  • Upgrading MYO slots is not available at this time. This will be added in the next update.
  • Memora MYO slots are not available at this time. This will be added in the next update.
• Changes:
  • MYO slots will not expire. Previously on DeviantArt MYO Slots would expire after 6 months - 1 year. We haven't enforced this for years and renewed all slots, and we want to make players fully aware of this.
  • Ultra Uncommon Standard Isomara MYO slot has increased from $10 (2000) to $12 (2,400)
  • UItra Rare Standard Iso MYO slot has increased from $15 (3,000) to $16 (3,200)
  • Common Deustrum MYO slot has increased from $7 (1,400) to $8 (1,600)
  • Uncommon Deustrum MYO slot has increased from $10 (2,000) to $12 (2,400)
  • Rare Deustrum MYO slot has increased from $15 (3,000) to $16 (3,200)
  • Chosen Special Trait add-on price reduced from $5 (1,000) to $3 (600)
  • Removed: "Patreon Pledgers get 50% off all MYOs whether buying with Points, PayPal, or Seashells!" - This is just for MYO slot purchases, and will remain on normal adopt sales

⚙️ Account Settings

• Online Visibility - We've implemented an online / last-seen player functionality that will allow others to see when you are online.
  
  • For players who want to be a little mysterious, they can set themselves to invisible through the player account settings page. Setting yourself to invisible no longer displays whether you are online or your last online status. 

💝 Referral Rewards

• When registering for an account there is now a referred by field that upcoming players can use to list a current player. Players will receive rewards when they are referred. You can see the list of referral rewards here.

Changes

🏝️Home Page UI
The homepage has received a slight uplift for both logged-in and guest users.

• Added more quick link buttons for useful information such as island inhabitants, in-game currency, MYO info, and more.
• Embedded our Bluesky social feed
• Moved the navigation bar to the top of the screen and froze it. This allows players constant visibility on currency balances on every page.

🦤 Species Traits

• Previously Bleppers with spikes/horns were listed to have the Spikes body trait which is a trait meant for only goom and was listed with a rare rarity. This was inaccurate as spikes/horns on bleppers are uncommon. We have made a proper new body trait for bleppers called horns with an uncommon rarity. All bleppers with the spikes body trait now have the correct horns body trait.
• Renamed Blepper Horns crest trait to Plumicorns crest trait to avoid confusion with the new blepper horns trait

🫧 Miscellaneous

• Added a description to Adopts & Sales page along with links to related shops
• Added ability to link a Bluesky social in player account settings
• Added Custom Wardrobe Item
• Added artwork for numerous traits
• Added artwork to Goom Orb
• Added Ramen as a cure for frostbite

🛠️Fixes

• Users will no longer see a report user button on their own profile pages
• Birthday Publicity can now be updated in a player account Settings
• Rainbow site theme bled into the Dark Mode theme
• Fixed a broken link on the team page
• Tweaked FAQ and Beginner's Guide MYO links and information
