Billi struggles to fit in, prone to catching on to and mimicking the vocal patterns and behaviors of other Isomaras. Their tone always remains consistent, however- very altruistic, very subdued. He's often referred to as a bit of a blank slate as a result, not really knowing the best way to be himself without leaning on what others do.
