A king of mischief. He takes the warnings of bad karma from elders and turns them into challenges. Folly loves to make himself laugh, and most of the time, that laughter is at the expense of the rest of the residents. Folly will do anything from practical pranks to mostly harmless scares to get a reaction. Anything is on the table, just short of making the village elders exile him. Despite the chaos he intentionally causes, he has his morals. Making Bleppers scatter and Gooms spit in annoyance are fun activities, but Folly will never torment isolings, the injured, or the sick.
