Goom Takeover Donation Deadline: April 3rd at 11:59 PM
That gives all players 1 day & 10 hours to collect/buy, and donate as much goo and ectoplasm as possible.
Raffle Entry Deadline: April 6th at 11:59 PM
Players will have until the end of the day on April 6th to convert the Goo Beads into raffle tickets.
Reminder to open your Goom Favors to receive Goo Beads. Favors and Beads can be sold and traded, this gives you all weekend to do so!

General Event Guidelines & Information:
- This event is being hosted only on the official Isomara Island site
- The gooms have come to take the island from their Isomara companions. While the takeover is playful, it can still be annoying. Seems the gooms want their goo back. Work with the community to collect goo and ectoplasm and give it back.
- A goom takeover site theme is currently available by setting your account's theme choice to default. This theme will revert to normal on April 4th, but will be available for all members later in the month to use freely forever.
Event Details
"You've been kind to us the last few years, but we've gotten bored!" Joey the goom, companion to the Tour Guide, Slayer, squeaks vehemently. Gooms cannot speak the same tongue as Isomara, but his anger reaches his companion. Slay seems a bit nervous.
"Now, Joey, calm down. I get it happens to be the time of the year for y'all's mischief, but can we work this ou-" She hopes to reason with the small, angry, blubbery creature, but Joey interrupts.
"Bring us GOO!" The squeaking begins once again. Other gooms in the nearby shrubbery begin to squeak in the same tone, creating a reverberating echo through the area. Joey begins to then spew goo into the air like a broken faucet, and the other the gooms follow suit. Slayer puts a palm to their face in agony.

Event Update
We underestimated the community's determination and tenacity! We've increased the goal from 100 to 200 cups of goo, and have included an additional raffle prize, this time a bundle for an Isomara Island Website Invitation Key 🔑 & Common Standard Isomara MYO Slot!
Everyone who has already donated goo/ectoplasm will be given two Red Goo Beads to use for either this raffle, to trade/sell, or to hold on to. Red Goo Beads have been added to the Goom Favor drop table.
This invitation key can be used to sign up and create an account on this website. Perhaps you have a friend or acquaintance who wants to join?

- 20 tickets maximum each for the Friendly Goom, Spikey Goom, and Goom Orbs Raffles.
- 5 tickets maximum for the Site Invite Key & Iso MYO Slot Raffle.
