[E-Ocean] Ocean Exploration [Sherbyte] Nature's Graveyard?
In the vast open waters of a sunny day, an orange and stripy creature swiveled about in a slithering motion, creating lovely ripples against the sun's rays that bounced against the mysterious deep blue the Isomara called the 'ocean'. Sherbyte heard of the curious of what would cause the sudden vanish of the mature Skrill population; while it was good that the hatchling population within the shallow parts of shores and tide pools are still thriving, she found it intriguing. "I'm quite curious myself...I wonder if all the seasoned explorers have found anything yet." A sigh was then made, having to create a stream of bubbles passing through her nostrils underwater; but she had to stop herself, covering both mouth and snout with one of her paws. 'I really need to stop doing that underwater, that could limit the air out from my lungs!' Slowly shaking her head, Sherbyte then continues to have a look around underneath the vast blue; there were more sand than rocks as far as she could tell...perhaps a few seaweed from here to there, and the average bottom dwelling sea life. The orange Isomara decided to get a deeper look at a formation of rocks, that could perhaps have a bit of something, right? She didn't want to have her hopes up in finding something miraculous, but it was worth a good look.
Swiveling and moving her little swimming wings the best that she could, Sherbyte finally reaches the formation of rocks that stuck out of the sea floor; only to find more hidden behind the scenes. 'What is this..?' She thought to herself; it was obviously not a underwater graveyard, due to no broken boat bits or wooden planks...It just looked like a seabed full of interesting rock formations. She took a gander around the eerie looking place, there were some small fish from here to there...perhaps a crab, but those scurried back into the rocky crevasses when they spotted the orange Iso. An ocean biome filled with chunks of rocks felt more unsettling in comparison to sand, and chances are, there could be a animal of sorts that can easily ambush a single Iso. Sherbyte could feel an unsettling chill across her already ocean soaked fur; perhaps her nerves, even. The locomotion of her swimming became a bit more stiff as she continued her investigation around the dead rock ocean floor, brimming bubbles with each movement; and perhaps sightings of a stray coral chunk for here to there...Wait, coral chunks? Sherbyte swam herself a bit lower to get a better look, there were indeed, some evidence of some kind of life, or activity. It wasn't exactly uncommon to have coral sightings out in the ocean, but was rather something to see...especially in this creepy underwater rocky biome.
Sherbyte heard some fair share of odd rumors about the disappearance of Skrill that would normally be abundant at the ocean surface; while it was nice seeing the tide pools being teeming with pink Skrill hatchlings, its still a wonder where the fully grown ones head off to?
